Photo Booth of the Stars was very blessed to take part in the “Max Lacewell Foundation Best Day Evuh!” Gala 2012! Bobaks Signature Events hosted this spectacular evening for a truly wonderful cause! A gourmet dinner, silent auction, and delightful desserts were just a small portion of this festive evening.
Photo Booth of the Stars would like to give you a little background on Max on his amazing life! We quote this from the foundations website:
“Max was known by his nickname, “Little Dude,” but there was nothing “little” about Max and how he touched so many people in his short life.”
When he was five, he started Kindergarten … and was so excited about going to the same school his big sister attended. He loved sushi, legos, and Star Wars. Just weeks after heading off on the first day of school, he began a brave battle with DIPG, an aggressive pediatric brain cancer. It proved to be an opponent that was too strong to beat.
Max lives on in the hearts of the many people he connected with … and we are determined to do what we can to help find the cure for DIPG so other “little dudes” can have more powerful weapons against this cancer.
Photo Booth of the Stars was one of many spectacular vendors that showed support to this great cause. The Jesse White Tumbler’s made the evening magical with all their jumps, leaps, and twists! Special appearances from Max’s favorite Star Wars hero’s were an absolute must! Guests couldn’t believe their eyes as these futuristic characters made their grand entrance! These George Lucas stars were an evening show stopper!
A big thank you to the Max Lacewell Foundation for including a Photo Booth of the Stars Chicago photo booth in this magnificent event!
